A little about me
I grew up in a somewhat rural part of Alaska, we did our best to work with our horses and with the elements. I was fortunate to have grown up with a small herd of horses, all whom were anywhere from 2-4 years old when we brought them home. Needless to say, I had to do my own training, caring and trouble shooting! Eventually I was able to take my horses through the medals program we had with our local 4-H and went on to show several horses in the open AQHA and APHA circuits. Most recently I have moved to Southern Pines, NC and am thrilled to be in an area with so many horse events and people!
My Mission.
I look back on those days and wish I had more pictures of me with my horses. They were the most important thing to me, my best friends, my partners… my escape. Now as an adult, I cherish all these photos and think about how cool it would have been to be able to get some beautiful photos of my horses and I now days!
As a Photographer, I hope to be able to provide young riders with those cherished memories and to create pieces of art for you and your family to enjoy for many many years. I know how much a photo can mean to someone, and I truly enjoy getting to be apart of that with my clients.
